Observed FDA refusal activity for supplier review and trade intelligence—without implying product risk, country safety or probability.
Source: FDA Data Dashboard. FDA states datasets are updated weekly, include final actions, and may omit or later change information. This independent tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by FDA.

No refusal records are stored in this module, so no charts, totals or trends are shown. The public FDA dashboard offers weekly final-action data from 1 October 2016, while its API requires OII Unified Logon credentials. FDA's separate monthly historical report advertises public period ZIP exports, but direct access from this environment was blocked by FDA's traffic-protection page. This project does not automate login, bypass access controls or infer export fields.

Multiple charge rows are merged, preventing charge duplication from inflating headline counts.
Charges remain unclassified until exact FDA charge-reference text has been reviewed and versioned.
Counts describe observed FDA refusal activity and final actions in the imported file. They are not incidence, prevalence, supplier risk or refusal probability. Import volume and inspection-selection denominators are unavailable.
Food-safety, labeling/registration/other-compliance and unclassified groupings require exact charge-code evidence from the cited FDA reference. No fuzzy text or vague pathogen/pesticide inference is used.
